Join us at Gideon Owen Wine Company for an evening of fine wine, great food and meaningful connections. Attendees will enjoy a curated wine tasting, buffet dinner and an exclusive tour of the winery’s historic 152-year-old cellar.
Leading the experience is Brad Indoe, ’19, a graduate of Kent State’s enology program and the head winemaker at Gideon Owen. He crafts his wines using grapes cultivated by sibling trio: Brad Verhoff, ’94, Jennifer (Verhoff) Olsen, ’91, and Melissa (Verhoff) Kadow, ’97, who run Verhoff Family Vineyards in Bellevue. As fellow Kent State alumni, they bring their shared passion for winemaking full circle.
This event is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Kent State’s impact on the wine industry and connect with your alumni family in a breathtaking setting. Guests must be 21 or older to attend. Every registration includes a $5 donation to the Hospitality Management Student Support Fund.
Register by Friday, June 6.
