Why did you decide to volunteer with Kent State after graduating?
Kent State has been home for me since day one of freshman year - and when a place is home, it is only natural you want to still be a part of it. It's an honor, and an absolute blast to be able to continue to give back and support this amazing community.
What are your favorite memories at Kent State?
All the concerts and acts that we brought, especially Kevin Hart! Some other top memories are the passing of the gavel when I became the 2016-2017 Student Body President, bringing back SAE to campus with some very motivated and successful men, who I am lucky to call brothers, speaking at the 2017 commencement to celebrate graduation with my fellow Flashes and walking across the stage to receive my MBA diploma from President Warren was definitely the best way to end my student tenure.
What advice would you share with someone looking to volunteer with Kent State?
DO IT. I promise it will be worth it and you'll truly enjoy every facet of the time you spend.
