Dear Fall Graduates: 

Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. Commencements will be held for all degrees at the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center on the Kent Campus December 14, 2024. Each graduate who RSVP's to attend commencement will be allocated 6 guest tickets, cross the stage, and have their name announced. Please view the details below to help you prepare to attend your ceremony.

CEREMONY SCHEDULE - SATURDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2024
10 a.m. All Degrees in the Colleges of:

• Aeronautics and Engineering
• Ambassador Crawford - Business and Entrepreneurship
• Applied and Technical Studies
• Education, Health and Human Services
• Nursing

2 p.m. All Degrees in the Colleges of:

• Architecture and Environmental Design
• The Arts
• Arts and Sciences
• Communication and Information
• Public Health

GUEST TICKETS 

• Sign In as Student / Faculty / Staff.
  • Use FlashLine credentials to complete login.
• Select Commencement Student Tickets.
• Select Find Tickets under Commencement Student Tickets.
• Continue to follow the prompts to place your ticket order.
• Tickets cannot be printed on-site.
• If you need assistance, contact the Office of University Events and Protocol immediately. Office staff will not be available on event day to assist with ticket downloads.
  • All guests 2 and older must have a guest ticket for entry into the ceremony venue.
  • Graduates can transfer tickets to guests by phone number or email address under their account on the and/or download them to an Apple or Google mobile wallet.
• A live simulcast of the ceremony will be available in the Student Center  for guests without tickets.

CAP AND GOWN

• Visit the University Bookstore for your regalia, during normal business hours and take it home the same day (doctoral rentals and fine-quality purchases require an order).
• Reach out to the bookstore via email at SM8152@bncollege.com with any questions.
