JOB DESCRIPTION:
I am a core member of the Salesforce CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) implementation team for Institutional Advancement functioning as a system administrator. I develop and facilitate technical training for the CRM as well as other training related to advancement. Also, I compile the program review survey lists for each academic program and assist with maintaining record data quality for alumni and friends of the institution.
