The FlashFit Winter MOVChallenge is open to all full- and part-time faculty and staff, and it is designed as our 29-day (Leap Year) Challenge, beginning Feb. 1.
Our goals for this challenge are to simply keep moving and have fun! We will have plenty of opportunities to win prizes as we "move" along. This challenge is broken down into four achievable goals for our challengers:
- Week 1 Goal - Move 5,000 moves per day
- Week 2 Goal - Move 7,000 moves per day
- Week 3 Goal - Move 9,000 moves per day
- Week 4 Goal - Move 10,000 moves per day
To register for the challenge, visit www.kent.edu/hr/benefits/movchallenge and follow the directions for “new” or “previously registered” users. There also is a complete listing of all compatible third-party fitness trackers and apps that may be used other than the MOVband.
