Every day, we all encounter stressors such as traffic, work deadlines and family obligations, to name a few. Sometimes it feels like we can’t get away from stress. In parts I and II of the Stress Management That Works series, we have come to understand stress and its effect on our body. In addition, we have become more familiar with how to recognize when we are feeling stressed and how to decrease our stress number through understanding how we think about problems. During the third part of this webinar series on April 5 from 10-11 a.m., we will discuss incorporating stress management into our daily lives and discuss better use of time management to more effectively manage our stress.
