C. Lockwood Reynolds, Kent Campus, Professor, Department of Economics

C. Lockwood Reynolds, Ph.D., is a professor in the Department of Economics. Reynolds first joined Kent State as an assistant professor in 2007. He was promoted to associate professor in 2014 and to professor in 2022. Throughout his career, Reynolds has made significant contributions to the fields of labor economics, public economics, economics of education and urban economics. His research has been widely published in top journals, such as “The Journal of Human Capital,” “Regional Science and Urban Economics” and “Empirical Economics.” Reynolds has presented his research at nearly 30 national and international conferences. He also has received nearly 30 research and teaching awards, including the Kent State College of Business Administration Dean’s Distinguished College Award in 2018 and 2021.
