When calling our box office (330.675.8887), please leave your name, telephone number, and a brief message.  We are unfortunately unable to staff it at all times and will return your message as soon as we can.

TICKETING POLICIES

1. All sales are final and nonrefundable.  We no longer take unpaid reservations for seats.
2. Exchanges will not be permitted less than 24 hours before the opening of a show.  Exchanges may only be made for the same show.
3. Seating will begin 30 minutes prior to the start of the show.  Musicals will use a reserve seating system, while plays and other programs will use a general seating system.  Patrons arriving late or leaving during performance will be readmitted at discretion of house manager.
4. Cameras and other recording devices are not permitted in the theatre.  Patrons found recording will be asked to leave and no refund will be provided.
5. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time either online or by telephone.  Service charges may apply in all cases.  Walkup purchases will begin in the theatre lobby 1 hour before the show.
6. Kent Trumbull Theatre prides itself on offering a wide variety of programming for the Northeast Ohio community.  Not all productions may appeal or be appropriate for all tastes or ages.  Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the shows ahead of time to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.
7. Tickets will be held at the Will Call desk in the lobby and be available for pickup 1 hour before the beginning of the show.  Patrons will require ID to claim their tickets.

CANCELLATION/INCLEMENT WEATHER

If ºÚÁÏÍø at Trumbull is closed due to inclement weather, it is possible that scheduled events may not take place and will be rescheduled as permitted.  http://www.kent.edu/trumbull/theatre will be updated should this occur and ticket holders will be emailed via our vendor.

MOBILITY ACCOMMODATIONS

Our theatre space has stairs to get to the majority of our seats. Patrons requiring physical accommodations or accessible seating should contact the box office at 330.675.8887 prior to purchase.
