Join Beau from Teladoc Health to learn recipes and some swaps to your current diet** tailored specifically for persons with Diabetes and Hypertension. After diet tips and hacks, Beau will cover information about Livongo benefits available to benefits-eligible Kent State employees and dependents.
**Beau is not a certified dietitian.
Full-time, benefits-eligible attendees will earn 10 Tier 2 Wellness points.
Relax & Unwind: Yoga & Mindfulness
2-3 p.m. Virtual via Microsoft Teams
Beau will lead some yoga stretches (adapted for persons of any fitness level) to help you wind down from your day and gear up for the evening (gym clothes not mandatory). After stretching your muscles, Beau will cover information about Livongo benefits available to benefits-eligible Kent State employees and dependents. Then, Beau will cover a 30-day mental wellness challenge and end with a 10-minute guided meditation.
Full-time, benefits-eligible attendees will earn 10 Tier 2 Wellness points.
