Put it on your calendars! The SPCS Colloquium Series has returned for Spring 2024!
We will kick off this semester's events on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 with SPCS's own Johanna Solomon, discussing "Finding Identity Complexity Through Dialogue." March will feature renowned peace scholar, Dr. Roger MacGinty of Durham University (UK), whose topic is titled "Two Cheers for Ignorance: Multiple Forms of Everyday Agency in Conflict-Affected Contexts. April brings SPCS fan fav, Jacquelyn "JB" Bleak, on "Silence and Silencing in Education." All colloquium events will be held in the brand-new SPCS seminar room in 112 McGilvrey.
All three events will be held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 2:20pm! Light snacks and refreshments will be provided.
