Todd is currently the Assistant Dean of Students and Director of Student Conduct.  Todd oversees the Office of Student Conduct, Student Mediation Services, and Town & Gown behavioral initiatives.  Building awareness of campus rules and expectations from Destination Kent State through graduation and carrying out the campus disciplinary process are primary functions of Todd’s work.  In the Town & Gown role, he collaborates with community partners to enhance student safety and positive experiences throughout the local area.
 
For twelve years prior to arriving at Kent State in 2010, Todd worked in Judicial Affairs and Student Advocacy (Ombuds).  Todd serves on numerous committees throughout campus, and sits on three local community boards.
