- Account creation: Personal accounts can be used to maintain the LinkedIn page, but the profile has to be set to Designated Users Only or else anyone with a company email address can edit the information on the page. To set Designated Users Only, go to the Admin section of the company profile and select the Designated Users Only radio button, then type in the names of the people you wish to be administrators (you must be connected to them through LinkedIn).
