Our Facebook audience was happy to celebrate a special member of the Golden Flashes community – Flash! The post commemorating the 35th birthday of our beloved mascot was the top performing post of the month! This post reached 4,300 people and received 229 likes.

Another popular post was a Photo of the Week that showed off Kent State’s gorgeous front campus. This post earned 216 likes.

Twitter

Just like Facebook, a tweet highlighting the beauty of the Kent Campus in the fall received high engagement. Our top-performing tweet was this time lapse video, which generated 6,200 views and 218 likes.

Although we were unable to experience a traditional Kent State Homecoming, we were still able to celebrate through virtual activities. This honorable mention tweet shows students participating in the painting of the “K.”
