What Communication Style are You?
The most productive work teams are those whose team members understand and adapt to the diverse communication styles of their colleagues. The facilitator provides an understanding of the four communication styles and discusses the best and less effective characteristics of each style. Participants learn and practice responding appropriately to any difficult communication behaviors exhibited by the styles through skill practice exercises.
