Office of the President

The president of ºÚÁÏÍø is the CEO of an organization of more than 38,000 students, 6,600 faculty and staff, more than 247,000 alumni and an operating budget of $645 million.

The Division of Finance and Administration is responsible for the financial, physical and human operations of the university, along with maintaining a safe and peaceful campus environment.

University Council on Technology

The Council, serving as the University's advisory body for information technology, shall work in collaboration with the University community to lead the advancement of scholarship through the appropriate integration of technology.

The University Requirements Curriculum Committee (URCC), a subcommittee of Kent State’s Education Policy Committee (EPC), is charged with conducting an assessment of ºÚÁÏÍø's general education program (Kent Core) by June 2019.

Division of University Communications and Marketing

The Division of University Communications and Marketing produces creative materials for the institution, as well as colleges and departments across campus. University Communications and Marketing has earned various honors over the years ranging from Addy's to Sabre to PIANKO Print Excellence Awards.

The May 4 Visitors Center is located in 147 Taylor Hall.  

The mission of the Office of General Counsel (OGC) is to advance ºÚÁÏÍø's strategic goals in a manner that protects and preserves the legal, ethical and financial integrity of the university. The Office of General Counsel encourages open communication among administrators, trustees, officers, faculty, staff and student leaders in working to reduce legal risks for the university.
