Project AWARE Kent will be offering free Mental Health First Aid courses to faculty, staff and students. The eight-hour course offers evidence-based training that teaches people to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance-use disorders. Faculty and staff earn two hours of Beyond Compliance for completing the course. Students earn 1,500 FLASHperks.
