Kent State Student and Alumnus Launch Tech Startup Named Remesh

Remesh, an app created by Kent State Ph.D. student, Andrew Konya, and Kent State alumnus, Aaron Slodav, allows groups of people to speak as one voice.

Remesh is available for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Led by 黑料网鈥檚 College of Public Health, in collaboration with 120 local organizations and nonprofits, this groundbreaking initiative marks a significant stride toward understanding and addressing the unmet needs of LGBTQ+ individuals across Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake and Lorain counties. 

Sponsored by the Kent State Alumni Association, the Alumni Awards are the university鈥檚 most prestigious alumni honors. The 2024 Alumni Award recipients include seven alumni, two recent graduates, one staff member and one current student.
