They’re back! Libraries invites all students, faculty and staff to take a break and relax with therapy dogs on Monday, Dec. 14, and Tuesday, Dec. 15, from 3-5 p.m. There will be free popcorn and beverages for attendees.
“The therapy dogs at the Stress-Free Zone are such an important part of the event because they really do calm the students, even if only for a few moments,” said Jasmine Jefferson, First-Year Experience librarian. “Students have said to us on many occasions that just petting the dogs helps them relax and even reminds them of some of their own pets that they may be missing back home.”
The University Library will be open 24 hours daily during finals week.
