Step Up and Speak Out is a collaborative effort of ºÚÁÏÍø Counseling and Psychological Services, CARES Center, the Office of the Dean of Students, and Police Services.

The Office of Gender Equity & Title IX promotes success at ºÚÁÏÍø by creating a safe, inclusive environment that ensures equal access to education, free from discrimination and harassment based on sex.

Crawford Hall is designed to facilitate interaction among students, faculty and the business community from all over the world. The technology in the building will enable speakers to join a class from any nation or time zone. Such interaction broadens opportunities for students to gain a global perspective. Students will learn in the classroom, as well as in labs and study spaces throughout the building, as they master new skills and prepare for their careers.

Nearly 55 years after earning an undergraduate degree from Kent State, John Elliot, ’70, received a doctorate alongside his wife, Fonda. Both were honored with a Doctor of Humane Letters for their significant contributions to healthcare and Kent State.
