Anne Jefferson, Ph.D., associate professor of geology at ’s College of Arts and Sciences, is speaking out about White House budget proposals that could impact Lake Erie and the surrounding areas. Beginning July 1, will become smoke-free and tobacco-free, in accordance with university policy 5-21. The new policy aligns with the university’s healthy campus initiative, Kent State of Wellness.
