University investment proceeds to be used for property purchase At its Jan. 23 meeting, the Ohio Controlling Board approved ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s request to purchase property located at 430-436 E. Main Street in Kent, Ohio, from seller GDR Partners LLC. The purchase of the property completes the university’s strategic acquisition of properties on this block associated with partnership with the city of Kent and the economic downtown revitalization of the downtown business district. Dr. John Gunstad is a professor and director of the Applied Psychology Center in ºÚÁÏ꿉۪s Department of Psychological Sciences.
