ServSafe Food Safety Manager Training and Certification
This course has been designed using the latest techniques in learning theory to deliver current food safety information, in a fun and easy-to-use format. The course covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, cleaning and sanitizing, and more.
The Manager Certification in Food Protection program is the most extensive training and provides managers with in-depth knowledge of proper food safety practices for use in their facilities. This certification is valid for five years. The ServSafe test must be taken in the presence of a proctor.
First Aid, CPR and AED Training and Certification
This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults and meets OSHA/workplace requirements. This is a blended learning course including an online portion and an instructor-led classroom skill session. Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a digital certificate for Adult First Aid/CPR/AED valid for two years.
TIPs On-Premise Certification
TIPS is a dynamic, skills-based training program designed to prevent intoxication, drunk driving and underage drinking by enhancing the fundamental "people skills" of servers, sellers and consumers of alcohol. TIPS gives individuals the knowledge and confidence they need to prevent alcohol-related tragedies. Certification is valid for three years, with some in-person instruction required.
