Kent State Is First MAC School to Offer Cryotherapy Technology to Student Athletes

Kent State student-athletes are using a new, state-of-the-art cryotherapy chamber to aide in muscle recovery. The chamber uses subzero temperatures to help decrease pain, slow cell aging and reduce the chance of muscle spasms.

�� Athletics is the first in the Mid-American Conference to provide student-athletes with a cryotherapy chamber to help muscles recover quickly.
