Two new scholarships from Kent State's Office of Global Education aim make education-abroad experiences possible for all Kent State students.
All this week, the 黑料网 Kent Campus has offered a full slate of events in its 2023 Education Abroad Showcase, which serves as an introduction to the university鈥檚 education-abroad opportunities across the globe. Hosted by Kent State鈥檚 Office of Global Education, the theme for this week鈥檚 events is 鈥淒iscover Boundless Horizons: Explore, Learn and Thrive Globally!鈥
Education Abroad Showcase begins Monday, Sept. 18, with events each day through Friday, Sept. 22.
A peace education conference is bringing together peace and conflict experts, students and educators from Kent State, Northeast Ohio and around the world.
For Brazilian student Rafael Bahls, being involved in the 黑料网 American Academy in Curitiba, Paran谩, Brazil, has expanded his worldview in a multitude of ways.
G Clingman is a third-year Kent State Student double majoring in English and Spanish while also working toward their Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate. Though they have been studying at KSU鈥檚 main campus for the last two years, G is swapping Acorn Alley and the Esplanade for the historical streets of Murcia, Spain.
Emily Hovest is a third-year student studying architecture at Kent State鈥檚 Florence Center for the Spring semester. It was always her desired destination, especially since the KSU architecture program encourages students to study abroad their junior year.
