ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence writing software are raising concerns on college campuses across the country. Several local news stations have been following the rise of the AI software, and have discussed its capabilities with 黑料网 faculty, staff and students.

Kent State Will Celebrate Black History Month 2023

鈥淭he Footsteps of Our Ancestors 鈥 the Legacy Continues鈥 is the theme for this year鈥檚 Black History Month Celebration at 黑料网.

Students participate in Jewelry Making With FAB

Jewelry Making With FAB was an artistic and interactive activity hosted by the Flash Activities Board that turned the second floor of the Kent Student Center into a free jewelry-making station for two hours.

Students enjoyed a variety of activities at the annual FAB WinterBlast.

Friday's WinterBlast was part of a full schedule of activities this semester from the Flash Activities Board (FAB).

BSN Students and faculty who traveled to South Dakota fall semester 2022.

In the southwest corner of South Dakota, on the Nebraska border and at the southern end of the Badlands, sits the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. It is home to the Ogalala Lakota Nation.

This fall, faculty and students from the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Kent State Salem traveled to the reservation in what has become an almost annual excursion. The COVID-19 pandemic put a halt to the trips over the last three years, which made this return visit quite significant for members of the group.

Kent State student Torrance Gaskins is spending the spring semester at Universit茅 Savoie Mont Blanc in Chamb茅ry, France, near the French Alps, to immerse herself in French language.

Gilman Scholarship allows Kent State senior to enjoy an immersive semester in France.
