黑料网鈥檚 College of Podiatric Medicine's (KSUCPM) graduating class of 2019 joined their peers across the nation this March to eagerly await the news of where students would be heading to complete their postgraduate residency training.
This year鈥檚 match results were released on March 15th, and KSUCPM is proud to announce that 100 percent of eligible, seeking students in the class of 2019 received a residency placement. Below is a list of placement locations around the country that will be lucky to host a KSUCPM alumni for their residency training.
In general, states require a minimum of two years of postgraduate residency training in an approved healthcare institution, though that rule varies by state, some requiring more or less. A residency serves to provide an interdisciplinary experience with rotations such as anesthesiology, internal medicine, infectious disease, surgery, ER and pediatrics. Podiatric medical graduates have the option of selecting a 36-month Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency (PMSR), or Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with the added credential in Reconstructive Rearfoot / Ankle Surgery.
Congratulations, class of 2019!
