How did your time in the Health Education and Promotion program at KSU help you develop personally and/or professionally?
My time in the Health Education program guided and developed me into a professional teacher. It brought ideas, concepts, and strategies to use and apply in my teachings. The Health Education Program helped me discover the enjoyment and confidence for teaching in a classroom setting.
What are you most proud of accomplishing since graduating?
The biggest accomplishment I have had since graduating was finding a school where I can teach at to make a positive impact of the student’s life every day.
Are you currently employed, and if so, where?
Yes, I am currently employed teaching Health and Physical Education at Glenwood Intermediate School. I also am coaching high school soccer.

I graduated with a degree in Health and Physical Education.
How did your time in the Health Education and Promotion program at KSU help you develop personally and/or professionally?
The Health Education program at Kent has granted me the opportunity to become prepared to enter the workforce after graduating. I feel that the program has adequately prepared me both personally and professionally as a Health Educator. Being able to connect with my classmates and professors allowed me to gain a better understanding of the foundations of Health Education.
 What are you most proud of accomplishing since graduating? 
I am most proud of the fact that I am still close to my classmates and professors at Kent and are able to collaborate with them after graduating.
Are you currently employed, and if so, where?
I am currently employed at Ravenna High School as a Health and Physical Education teacher.
