Every day, we all encounter stressors such as traffic, work deadlines and family obligations, to name a few. Sometimes it feels like we can’t get away from stress. In parts I and II of the Stress Management That Works series, we have come to understand stress and its effect on our body. In addition, we have become more familiar with how to recognize when we are feeling stressed and how to decrease our stress number through understanding how we think about problems.

On Saturday, April 14, the Run the World 5K will take place at at Stark. This race is the second part of the Run the World Race Series.
