The Office of the Faculty and Staff Ombuds provides a no barrier, private, and informal setting that supports Kent State faculty and staff in navigating workplace issues.
The Faculty and Staff Ombuds acts as a sounding board and source of information and referrals. The Ombuds serves all faculty and staff on all campuses and is committed to treating all visitors with respect and compassion.
