eSignature Templates

Continuing from the eSignature Workflow workshop, this workshop covers template creation for both Adobe Acrobat Sign and Dynamic Forms. For faculty and staff new to eSignature processes at Kent State the eSignature Workflow workshop should be attended as a prerequisite to the eSignature Template workshop.

eSignature Workflows

The eSignature Workflow workshop is the first of two courses that cover digital signature processes at Kent State. This workshop will review the general navigation and how to manage workflows of both Adobe Acrobat Sign and Dynamic Forms.

Kaltura Reach: Video Captioning

A Kaltura tool allows for captioning of videos saved in the application. This workshop covers the basics of adding captions with the Reach tool, and discusses best practices for optimizing the effectiveness of the captioning.

This session will provide an in-depth look at the tools and features in the Kent State implementation of Kaltura Video Platform at Video.kent.edu.

Microsoft Powerpoint Basics

This workshop describes what Microsoft Powerpoint is, how to use the basic presentation features, and discuss some presentation strategies. We will also compare Powerpoint with Google Slides for giving presentations.

Departmental Security Administrator (DSA) Workshop

This event is limited to designated DSAs, Data Stewards, and their backups. We will cover Departmental Security Administrator duties and procedures including how to look up a user access profile, how to use the new Fresh Service, and how to use the Banner Security Workflow. FRESH SERVICE, a new service management platform that handles request, trouble tickets, and technical support knowledge articles. All access management forms, including those related to DSA duties, will be deprecated and replaced with an all-new Fresh digital workflow.
