Navigating the Transition from Peer to Supervisor
Moving into a leadership role is a natural progression in an employee’s career. Often this transition means that the new leader is now ‘in charge’ of people who were previously peers. Navigating this transition can be a challenge for anyone. This program is designed to help leaders make that transition go smoothly. Participants will explore aspects of leadership applicable to the situation as they identify actions to take as they step into their new role. The content is applicable for individuals new to leadership roles, as well as those with leadership experience who may take on a new leadership opportunity.
