During Open Enrollment, the Employee Benefits team announced that the Livongo Chronic Conditions Management program would be ending Dec. 31, 2024. Effective Jan. 1, 2025, benefits-eligible employees enrolled in Medical Mutual coverage will have access to the MMO Total Health Program. Upon enrollment in the program, benefits-eligible employees may access specialized equipment, digital check-ins and as-needed coaching from a nurse.   • Thank you for your continued efforts in completing the state-mandated fraud training announced earlier this fall. As of Oct. 29, 84% of employees had completed the training, and as of Nov. 30, we were at 91%. Join us as we strive for 100% completion rate. Please also be reminded that new employees—including student employees—are required to complete the training within 30 days of their start date. More information on the training, including access links, can be found on the Learning and Development webpage.

  • The Employee Wellness team is pleased to announce that starting Jan. 1, 2025, the wellness programming will become available for part-time employees as well as spouses/domestic partners of employees.
