Crispy Chicken Nuggets

Preheat your oven to 375°F and coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Blend 2 ⅔ cups cornflakes and scrape into a bowl. Combine ¼ cup flour, ¾ tsp salt, ½ tsp garlic powder, and ½ tsp paprika in another bowl. Beat 1 egg in a third bowl. Cut 1 pound uncooked chicken breast into 24 chunks and each piece with the flour mixture, then coat in egg, and dredge in the cornflake crumbs. Place on the baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray. Bake for 6 minutes; turn and continue baking for another 6 minutes.
