Come join us on Tuesday, Nov. 17, and become a “Mindful Eater!” Together, we will explore the biological reasons why we often indulge or over eat unhealthy food full of fat, sugar and salt. You will learn strategies to break the chain of conditioned eating. Becoming a mindful eater will allow you to create a healthier relationship with food that promotes self-acceptance.
Abby Silvester of Be Well Solutions will lead us through this informative lunch and learn. This hourlong program is free to faculty and staff and will be held from noon-1 p.m. in Room 107 of Heer Hall.
Registration is required and seating is limited. To register, visit the OneWellU website. A complimentary light lunch will be provided for all registered attendees.
