Participants will learn to recognize the distinct difference between leaders and followers while exploring the complexities of leadership.

In this program, a variety of psychological techniques are presented and discussed. It includes a range of role plays and group discussions that will help participants to learn how to change opinions, avoid conflicts through positive influence and simply be in control.
