All full-time, benefits-eligible employees are invited to participate in the 28-day Fill Up On Fiber Challenge designed to help you discover ways to increase your overall intake of this important nutrient for the rest of your life. You will learn what foods will add to your health and what foods to avoid.
The Fill Up On Fiber Challenge runs Monday, Aug. 27, through Sunday, Sept. 23, as part of the Wellness Your Way Employee Wellness program. Employees taking part and completing the full challenge will earn 20 Tier Two points toward their Wellness Your Way incentive points for 2018.
